Delete your account

You can also do this in the app: Clinic → Delete account.

What gets deleted

Dentist account: the whole clinic is deleted — every patient, dental chart, appointment, financial record and secretary account.
Secretary account: only your own account. The clinic’s patients and records stay with the dentist.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We keep only a one-way hash of your email and the date, as proof the request was carried out. Server backups expire within 30 days. See the privacy policy.

Can’t sign in?

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we’ll delete it within 7 days. Patients who want their records removed should contact their dentist.
