Terms of use

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. The service

MyDentSys provides an app and online service for dental clinics to manage appointments, patient dental records, team accounts and clinic finances. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. Accounts

  • The dentist who registers a clinic is its account owner and is responsible for everything done under the clinic, including by the secretary accounts they create.
  • You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
  • Keep your password confidential, and tell us right away if you suspect someone has accessed your account.
  • Disable secretary accounts as soon as someone no longer works at the clinic.

3. Patient information

The clinic is responsible for the patient information it records: for having a lawful basis and any consent required to record it, for its accuracy, and for answering patients’ requests about it. Only record information you need for your patients’ care and your clinic’s administration.

4. Not medical advice

MyDentSys is a record-keeping and scheduling tool. It doesn’t provide diagnosis or treatment advice, and it doesn’t replace professional judgement. Clinical decisions remain the dentist’s responsibility. The tooth chart displays what the clinic has recorded; always confirm it clinically.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use MyDentSys to break the law, to access data that isn’t yours, to interfere with the service or probe its security without our permission, or to store content unrelated to running a dental clinic.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep MyDentSys available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Booking and records need an internet connection. We may improve or change features. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll give existing users clear notice in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using MyDentSys and delete your account at any time (see the delete account page). We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk. Where possible we’ll warn you first, so you can ask us for a copy of your information.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by information entered incorrectly, by a missed reminder, or by the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Questions: [email protected].
